Tina Harris is a native Californian with three grown children who are 36, 31, and 29. Tina is a senior at USC Beaufort, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. She is a transfer student from Greenville Technical College and her return to college is a lost dream restored once she stopped using drugs. She has a passion for helping those affected by substance use disorder, mental illness, and homelessness to name a few. After completing an internship at FAVOR, she became a volunteer, then a recovery coach, and is an ambassador for FAVOR’s Hope and Healing Tour. Tina has joined the staff at FAVOR (Faces and Voices of Recover, a Community Recovery Organization) as FAVOR expands their outreach.  She began her recovery in 2006.

Susan McLarty – Susan McLarty is a native Tennessean (with a short stint in New Jersey) who is married to George and they have a daughter who is 20. Susan attended North Carolina State University and originally moved to Greenville to work in automotive textile design for Milliken and Company.  Prior to being hired as the first Coordinator of the Greenville Homeless Alliance in 2018, Susan worked for Westminster Presbytiern Church Greenville in Congregational Care and Mission Outreach.  Susan values community involvement and has a passion for solutions to homelessness and access to safe, affordable housing for everyone. She believes that everyone in our community can and should thrive.  Susan credits her involvement in the 2016 City of Greenville Steering Committee for the study titled, "Balancing Prosperity and Housing Affordability" as the culminating event that led to her desire to use her voice through advocacy.
